Acne is a very common skin problem for 5% of adults and 50% of adolescents. Due to acne problem you should have decided to avoid some social programs. You are probably being in psychological problems as well. There are many ingredients lying just around in your home. Don’t worry! Here’s some easy method to face your acne within 2 weeks.

Freezing
If your zits are just beneath your skin, freezing is the fastest way to avoid it. Black heads or white heads may turn into acne if you avoid it for too long. So, you need to keep your skin clean and clear.
At first, wash your face. Use mild soap, cleanser or face wash. Scrub it if it is necessary. Do not scrub hard. Scrubbing hard looses your skin tissues. After removing dirt and oil from the surface of your skin, apply an ice pack to freeze the acne. You can easily make a pack by wrapping a foil with some ice cube inside. Put down the ice for 10 minutes. You can remove the ice pack immediately when you couldn’t tolerate the coldness of the ice anymore. After removing the ice pack rub some benzoyl peroxide right away on the zits. Keep following this technique again and again every 4 hours.
This method works by freezing the pimple. It also prevents excessive oil that produces under the skin layer. Benzoyl peroxide is very essential to use just after the ice pack. Maintaining this process correctly at least three times a day will help you to remove the acne by the next day.

Hot Compress
If your zit is a black head, oozing, white head or if you want to pop it up then the hot washcloth is the best way to heal it.
First, you need to clean your face with a mild cleanser as before. Use a well known skin friendly regular scrubber to scrub your face. Scrub in a circular motion slowly and do not press hard. Take a washcloth, paper cloth or cotton swab. Soak them in hot water. Apply this cotton swab on your acne for 20-30 minutes. Keep soaking the cotton balls by changing and continue applying it. Now, dry your skin by towel or some other dry cloth. Finally, it’s the time to pop up the pimple. This is the trickiest part for you to handle. The pimples on your face should need to look waterlogged and will be easy to pop it up. Take a clean needle, warm it up and use popping it. Do not press it down. If you press it down bacteria could easily get inside to make bigger zits on your face.
Apply a good amount of benzoyl peroxide instantly or any treatment gel you have right away. Overall this process last from 30 to one hour but your zits will be gone within 2days. The changes will be visible.
If your zits are getting uncontrollable then you must need to consult with a dermatologist and get a healthy skin.
